Portal Overview

The PocketSOC Portal is a web-based dashboard at portal.pocketsoc.com where administrators manage their organization, team, vendor configurations, and billing.

What you can do in the portal

  • Organization settings — Set your organization name and billing email
  • Team management — Invite members, assign admin/member roles, remove users
  • Groups — Organize team members into groups and assign vendor profiles to each group
  • Devices — View registered devices, deactivate lost or unused devices
  • Vendor configurations — Add, edit, and remove CrowdStrike or Defender API credentials
  • Billing — Upgrade your plan, switch between monthly and annual billing, manage payment methods
  • Audit log — Review all administrative actions taken in your organization

Roles

PocketSOC has two portal roles:

RolePermissions
AdminFull access — manage team, groups, devices, vendor configs, billing, and settings
MemberView-only in the portal. Can use the iOS app to view detections assigned to their groups

The first user who creates an organization is automatically an Admin. Additional users join via invitation.

The portal sidebar includes:

  • Devices — Registered iOS devices
  • Team — Organization members and invitations
  • Groups — User groups and profile assignments
  • Audit Log — Admin-only activity log
  • Settings — Organization info, vendor configs, billing
